Yorktel Creates VP of Customer Experience Position
EATONTOWN, NEW JERSEY— 11/10/2011 – Yorktel, the global provider of visual communications services and solutions, recently announced the promotion of Deb Alexander to the newly created position of VP of Customer Experience.
Deb Alexander, newly appointed VP of Customer Experience, noted, “Having worked in customer service for over 20 years and the last 14 in video conferencing, I readily accept the challenges that will come my way in raising the bar of the level of customer satisfaction that Yorktel will be targeting. Deb Alexander joined Yorktel in 2005 as the Bristol-Myers Squibb Global Program Manager, and in 2006, led the relocation of BMS Conference Services to Eatontown and the creation of the Service Delivery Center.
